SMF Paid Subscriptions problem at PayPal

Yesterday I was trying to set up the Paid Subscriptions on my SMF 2.0 RC3. I have set it up on my forum and added the callback URL at PayPal. Everything was set up correctly. Still, when I tested it, I got this error:
The link you have used to enter the PayPal system is invalid. Please review the link and try again.
Darn! I started to scratch my head and double-triple check everything. No errors on my side and everything was set up properly at PayPal to. So.. DARN again!
After I had a lot of stress trying to find out why the BEEP I keep getting this error, I can finally say whew.
I have found what the problem was. My client gave me a wrong PayPal e-mail address. I remembered that I got payments from her from a different e-mail address that she gave me now, so, basically I just entered that one at SMF and.. it is working! Doh!
Bottom line: usually this error happens when you are using an incorrect PayPal email address.
For example, maybe you are trying to use the Sandbox system with a real PayPal address? You need to sign up for Sandbox and use a special Sandbox address before it will work. Or, maybe you are trying to use your personal PayPal account’s e-mail instead of the one for your business.
That’s all folks!
